Masala Chai



Ingredients:  Assam CTC Black Tea, Assam Pekoe Black Tea, Cardamom, Clove, Cinnamon, and a Bay Lea.

Heritage Tea is located in Assam, a large tea-producing region in Northern India. It is a low-lying area with tropical, humid climate and rich clay soils.  Heritage Masala Chai is a collaborative creation of the Heritage Tea Assam community.

Steeping Instructions:

Heat water from 195° to 205°

Steep 3 to 5 minutes

3 ounces per bag (loose leaf)
